    Best watch???

I think I need two or three watches...

    What are you pimps running?

Day to day I need something a bit harder then a e30 rear subframe. At night I want a glow in the dark. But the geek in me wants the caluclator watch.

I'd rather leave the house without under pants than without a watch...

    .. please advise..

I like Fossil watches personally. Not expensive, durable, light (they have titanium models) and look good.

Give it one year, All that silver wears away and turns to brass.. the glass face is as soft as plexiglass.

I have a Tag Hauer. Got it 2 years ago and still looks completely brand new. It works off of human energy, meaning that it takes no batteries, just wiggle your wrist and it's good for another 48 hours. As long as you wear it every 2 days, it will never die.

That's called an "Automatic" movement. It's not limited to Tag watches.

I figured that was the case. I didn't know exactly what it was called, so I knew someone would call me out on it somehow. :p

Can't scratch the face or outer rim for anything. Just get it repolished and you're good to go. Mine's over 2 years old and it still looks brand new.

this is about as pimp as I get. Its a TAG Links and Ive had it for about 4 years now. I do not wear rings or bracelets. I think it makes a statement when a guy wears a nice watch. Mine is nice, not that flashy but anyone that knows watches knows its some what elegant!

But if you ever looking for a watch for an investment, Rolex is the only way to go.

Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs!

I've got a Fossile Titanium that I bought in 8th grade...10 years ago...and it never put a foot wrong. Glass has no scratches at all, the whole watch still looks great and is super lightweight.

Blunt's Omega is a nice watch. I wear it every time I'm in god's country.
The Tag Heuer Le Mans and Audemars Piguet Millenary are my 2 favorites, but I can't see spending 3k+ on a watch with a 4 month old baby at home.

I've had an Omega Seamaster Chronograph for about four years. Great watch and is very accurate (true chronographs are certified to be + or - a few seconds at different temperatures, and positions in a standardized period of time--can't remember how long). A couple of my friends have Rolex watches. Very nice as well. The automatic watches tend to be heavy, especially if your old watch has a quartz movement. My "work" watch is a Seiko automatic.
