People amaze me more and more every day!!

So we are in my buddies truck on a trail driving out to a desert range spot

Luckily we had the windows down and music off because we heard gun shots and sounded like they were coming in our direction. Sure enough we spot these fucktards through the trees and they are aiming across the road and their targets are aetup on the opposite side!!!

We sat there until they realized a truck was coming and stopped shooting. We drive past just shaking our heads and it's about 12 Guys just looking like they are oozing safety lol

I've had enough of those encounters over the years that I generally avoid the common desert shooting areas and stick to my hidden gems further up north. Or just go to the range here in town if I want to ring some steel.

Yeah i usually like to stay away from people. But it was my buddies idea so i just tagged along to do some shooting

we ended up driving a good 20 minutes away from where we saw them lol, we didnt see a single person the rest the day

I drove up to Sedona yesterday with my wife for our anniversary.. man do i wnat to go shooting on some of that hilly land on the 17 north. Wide open for days!

I've been slacking on this. I have my hunters safety card which is enough for VA CHP... But I never want to get up early enough to drop off my paperwork at the Court. Sad excuse I know, especially considering I start work at 10am and only life 6 miles away... And the court is on the way to work if I take a different route.

Me - For being a soldier for five years, You'd think you'd be a better example to the first year guys that aren't trained to be a 'safety', jakno? But what do I know, I was just taught to not point my barrel at anything I don't intend to implant with lead. I guess your iPhone must have auto corrected and done you wrong.


Him - You are correct. In basic they do teach soldiers to always have their weapon on safe until they bring it up to fire and then put it back on safe when they lower it back down to the ready. But after you have been in the shit you learn that your finger is the safety. The time it takes to take the weapon off safe can be the difference between your buddy living or dying. And as for the sig in the pic it was completely cleared. Just finished cleaning it and I don't really mind if my iphone has a hole through it. I have insurance.

That guy sure doesn't talk like other people I know who truley have seen some shit. Most of the time it seems to make them modest. This guy sounds like he's lying.

Even then, his safety explanation doesn't explain why his finger is on the trigger. I don't always keep safety on (firearm dependant) but I also don't place my finger inside the guard until I'm ready to fire.

You're not wrong, he's a tool...much like the douche bags mentioned earlier that were shooting across the road. Sometimes a little part of me understands the whole "gun control" argument when you see so many irresponsible wannabe badasses. I guess more the reason for responsible gun owners to flex their 2A right and carry everywhere all the time, never know when one of these idiots will fly off the handle.

Not to mention that even a 45 will not "break your wrist" if held incorrectly. Might get a bloodly nose if limp wristed... dude is a poser of the worst kind. You can pretend to be some sort of trophy truck racing dickbag in a Tacoma with prerunner fenders all you want, but don't brag about being a ranger with that lack of respect for firearms.

ACO 1/75 Ranger Regt. 99-04 is his claim, I can't think it's possible. Now I just went back to his FB, and he claims to work in 'Production" for Evil Angel Productions...(Porn) and his previous employment shows Verizon and Sprint, so I'm guessing he sold cell phones.
