for a low recoil, lots of firepower in a very short over all package for H/D or SHTF get home on foot truck gun its a great platform. My wife is not scared of a 12ga with High brass 3" mag loads, or a S&W .460, the light recoil fast follow up capability of a PS90 and with 50 rounds to a mag make it very potent. Also I suspect a very fun firearm to screw around with at the range.......

Nice little build ya got going on there. I have a 10/22 in the back of the safe that I got from my Grandfather. I was thinking maybe its time to tinker around with it a bit. I was looking into the exact same barrel so Im interested in your feedback.

Thanks Dub, I'll be heading to the range to sight it in on Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope to be able to find some Wolf Target Match but I doubt it. Apparently the barrel was designed using it. I'll settle for any match ammo at this point to put it though it's paces. I really love the shit out of the PWS barrel aesthetically and handling wise. Snapped a couple more quickies in the sun today.

Sold my Mossy 500 combo barrel for $360 and picked up this slightly used beauty for $325. Have a hiviz front sight and Nordic +6 mag extension on order, after that it'll be ready for some 3 gun fun.

It's a 26", a few inches longer than most 3 gunners but will work just fine and can serve double duty as a bird gun if/when I decide to play around with that.

18" is too small for 3 gun and I don't need another home defense shotgun. Most guys run 22-24" and 26" is starting to show up more. The ability to have 10+1 far outweighs the short barrel length not to mention those guys that do run short barrels have such large mag extensions that their gun has an overall length of a 26" barrel anyway, no advantage to be had.

Going away on vacation, but stuck around long enough to wait on the mail man to bring this. Can't wait to get out! Rocking Troy industry flip up sights for now, likely grab an optic around Xmas time.

Man Cale, that is super nice! One of the perks of living in Canada. I had Troy sites on many of my weapons but after reading this I sold them off and picked up other options.

Its a decent starter, can be had super cheap. If you end up using it a lot or run into issues just sell it and get something a little nicer. Buy used and for a good price becuase cheap guns do not hold retail value like expensive ones.
