This is a very good 1911 for the money and just for the gun. You can swap in Wilson parts to further improve it if you wish.

yep, already have one Wilson mag for it! I had shot it before he put the grips and extended slide release on it. Pretty happy to add it to the collection

Sorry. I figured the model number on the gun would give it away. ;) It's a SD9VE.

It replaced the Sigma and the SD9.

Fun fact #2 to help confuzzel the picture is that .308 and 7.62x51 is just the opposite though not to the degree of .223 and 5.56. .308 is only slightly hotter, but you still dont want to push .308 though a 7.62 chamber but you can go the other way around (for all intents and purposes in 99.99999999999% of cases)
