Did your citation say speeding on it? They can't catch you for a broken tail light later after the fact, they have to write you a ticket for it then (right???).

maybe this will all make sence when i say that i didnt have my drivers licence at the time.

the ticket says, no valid NV DL. but the reason being, that i was pulled over for speeding like the officer said. not for a brake light that was out.
