      I say just slow down and deal with it man... so what if you can't cruise at 90+. If you want to go fast, go to a track.

      However, I do thing that license testing should be MUCH more intense and detailed. Most states will license a person who is a legal mental disaster. Make it more expensive, and more serious, and that will weed out the morons.

          My grandfather tells me the same story. But it was for the test in Maryland in the 1950's.
