I have had a shirt on backorder for almost 3 months now. I have sent you several messages, the latest one last week, and I have not herd back from you in regards to the order. Can you let us know what the status is on my order?

I also have tried to order a custom Euro plate shirt but when I click on the update cart to put the shirt in there, it just loads and says 0 in your cart. I have tried this on different computers and no luck.

Well I talked with him today and currently his sorting out a over-heating problem with his car, but that can't really excuse 3-months of being backordered. So he's fairly occupied at the moment, but I'll knock some sense into him cause poor customer service just isn't acceptable. As for the site glitch, I tried it as well and it's not working. So I'll let him know about that bug too. I hate being the middleman.

I'm backordered too for a polezi shirt in green, been a bit over a month.

I was just checking the website and the shirt that I am waiting for is not even on the site anymore. It was the autobahn no speed limit symbol in blue, large. Ordered about a week before Bimmerfest 2007 like May 5th. Kind of a long time. The order was placed with 2 other shirts and I have received the others. Tom was made aware and told me over a month ago that they were coming in, in a week.

Let me first state that I feel like a total douche bag about all this.

Recently I became an Account Executive at a local financial firm which keeps me insanely busy most of the week. I thought I would still be able to keep Polizei going on the side, but in the light of the aforementioned website glitch and another problem I found that prevented nearly half of my emails from reaching me it's just not feasible.

I would rather close Polizei than become known for horrible customer service, so closing is what I'm going to do.

I've sent Vedubin the information necessary to refund him, anyone else still waiting on product please PM or email me with your name and order number so I can get your money back to you as well.

Again guys I'm truly sorry, if anyone has any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

The sad thing is when I placed my order with you I spoke with you and had my shirt in stock. You told me that you wanted to take the remaining stock to Bimmerfest and that a new order would be in shortly. I even got a PM from you saying they should be in later in the week. I paid via credit card and I do not have and will never own a paypal account. So the sooner you get back with me the better Ill be.
