Have you emailed him? Or some other form of contact other than r3v?

Tom isn't a bad guy, I can understand your frustration, but I think your sig line may be a bit excessive?

I have sent him emails. No response. As to my sig being a bit excessive, I dont think so. Its about operating a business and customer service. Tom has been dishonest and deceitful. I have PM'd him several times, and he says that the shirts should be in this coming week. Thats 2 months ago. He continues to take sales from others but does not provide what he is selling. Now why would you want me to be quiet if you were going to purchase from him. Wouldn't you like to know what type of business owner your dealing with?

Tom sent me a message saying send him my paypal address and he would refund me. Well I do not have nor will ever have a paypal account. Tom knowingly of the problem should have stayed up on my response. This has been over a week. When Im behind in work I eat at my desk to make sure my customers are not inconvenienced. My customers are what put the food that Im eating in front of me. If it were not for willing spending customers I would not be in business. Thats how I look at it. Take care of your debts before you do things that you want to do.
