                Repost!

Hmm I wonder if my dad would notice if I took the engine/tranny out of his S2k and put it in my 318...

Of course Mr. "I used to own a Type R" would say that.

fair enough, but anyone who denies a reliable 100hp/liter and arguable the best manual gearbox in existence is a dumbass. Maybe it doesn't have ITBs or need rebuilds every other year, but damn do they run, and hell, get good mileage to boot when you stay out of it. Guess I've drank the kool-aid, there are very few modern advancements I'm into; VTEC is one of them...

After hearing from my Honda buddy (I think almost everyone has ONE), I agree that the S2000 is one of the best made cars out there today. Sad they won't be around much longer, and whoever thought the body of the lightweight version that came out was pretty should be shot.

I love S2000's no joke, 2002 AP1 with the glass rear window and the FULL red interior and dash on black is one of my dreams. Minus the high rate of stolen ones...

I'd love one too, not much room for the wifey and her 15 pairs of shoes, the dog, and 2 bikes though unfortunately. I actually really like the S2000CR, even if a Civic Si sedan is much more likely to be in my driveway. At least it has a LSD lol

I liked the way she wears her seat belt ;).

No good in a crash though....

They get crappy gas mileage for a 4cyl (20 city/26 hwy) but I wouldnt mind putting one in my car with the cluster too boot..

I was just working on a AP1 earlier, installing a GT2871 using the Full race kit..

quick shot.. (I had just got done making the heat shield and was taking the picture to show the tight clearance)
