Exactly that- If you zoom the photo out a little bit, you can barely make out where it says "42 Proof". That is about half the alcohol that you would find in a standard bottle of Smirnoff. This is what my uncle should be drinking being that he always fills his glass half-way with water before putting the booze in his glass.
