As much fun as I have getting drunk with my band I think the weirdest time I've had with them was when I was driving them around Manhattan in my mom's minivan. I was still sober but the rest of the band was totally trashed and trying to find the the tunnel posed quite a problem. They had stolen a few bottles of wine from the restaurant we just ate at and were passing them around the back. Every time I hit a pothole everyone had to take a drink. It was great. Drunk Canadians in NYC. I thought about leaving them there and seeing if they could survive but I'm a nicer person than that. Oh well...

I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. They're knocking me out for the surgery, and then I'll be on a heavy regimen of Vicodin. I'll be sure to try and get one here at least once, and make a post while I'm all fucked up.

I have a simple philosophy to keep from drinking too much. I never buy my own alcohol. I play in a band that has two cases of beer and two bottles of wine written into their demands for the green room. Plus if you play well people buy you booze after the show. WIth the money I save I'll build a sick-ass widebody e30. :pimp:
