Like I said man, I'm just messing around. That's my point. It's a dumb argument. I'm just pushing that Mac users are better line to get a rise out of crazed PC users. I don't believe Mac users are more creativite etc than I believe Macs are better than PC's. It's what you need so it isn't worth argueing about. Some guys need a rake, some guys a shovel. Doesn't make one better than the other, It's what works for you and if you don't like what that guys using stfu an use what works for you.

mac users: get over yourselves.

PC users: try to understand that not everybody likes to know how things work... they just want them to work.

I think we'll all admit that Windows, no matter which version you use, sucks. But after playing with my girlfriend's mom's mac, I'd personally rather use windows 95, than deal with OSX. It could be that I'm just not artsy enough to understand the OS. Maybe they really do strip all deep system access from the computer without having to use something like REGEDIT (i forgot what the mac version is,) but OSX is great for a computer illiterate crowd. This is the crowd they’re shooting for. This way Mac users can continue to be artsy and "unique," without having to go into the logical side of their brain to try to figure out why the dreaded blue-screen of death ate their homework.

I'm glad there are macs around... it takes a whole niche of people away that I really wouldn't want to do tech support for. I just wish they'd get off of their high horse. Just because Macs are better for a select few, doesn't mean they're a better machine... because like I said before; hardware is the same. Mac users just like to be disconnected from the whole user experience a little bit more.

Maybe a better car analogy would be like comparing a Diablo to a Murcielago: the Diablo might be harder to steer, shift and consequently drive, but for those who are in it for the driving experience, it is complete bliss.
