I caught two 959s convoying down 101 a few years ago and freaked out

You can't see the one in front, but it was a dark titanium gray and was piloted by Paul Allen. The most famous person who's ever uttered two syllables to me.

Here's a few pictures of the BIG rig that hauled the crown to a 1200 ton punch press, we builtat work. 19 axles, just over 360,000 lbs total weight. The 2nd largest rig we've had haul something for us.

Those hiking pictures are awesome. I kept asking people if we could hike on those ridges but everyone kept saying "nobody does that, it's too dangerous". lol.

Devil: You would be amazed by the size of the hole that is filled with concreat to make the footings and mounting base for a press that big. We dug one out years ago that was 40x80x 31 feet deep. I think it was a 2000 ton press though, I dont remember.

That's actually a huge myth. The mother will of course continue to care for them, just because someone or something touches them doesn't negate that bond between them, they are her chicks.

Will handling by a human cause a baby bird to be rejected by its mother?

Yeah, I've heard stories from our field service guys. We've got an quote to build a 1600 ton for a company. I've not seen one fully assembled, it'd be pointless for use to assemble and run it in and have to take it apart to ship it out. We generally don't assemble anything larger than 400 tons.

we use trucks like that to ship our 250 ton ring gears, pretty impressive to see someone driving something like that.
