That's what I thought. The fence saved the car's life. It will cost hella money to fix that tho, both A and C pillars have dents on them and the moonroof is f*cked of course.

It was windy in Fresno yesterday...

There's a time in every BMW's life that it becomes a parts whore for an E30....

Shortly after the tree fell on it the other tree next to it fell too. None of the other trees did, and there were no other cars parked on the street either (see pic). Murphy was a wise man.
The place's manager just called back and told me their insurance company will get in touch with me.
Also got an estimate on the roof repair: $4,553.27 lol.
I'm ready for the agent to offer me $500...

About the E30 donor comments:
It has an M20. And the head is out of the car, as I bought it with a broken timing belt. It was my project car until I crashed my eta 3 weeks ago...

So if the tree falls on a child it's not their problem because he/she was jaywalking?

I thought about them bringing it up too, but the registration state of the vehicle does not change the fact that their tree fell on it. It is in front of the house where I've been working on it, and I just pushed it there so I could put my eta in the garage. Anyways we'll see what happens, I'll update my thread about it when there is any progress.
