I don't think that I would ever deal with their company but I can't fault them either. There are plenty of people out there who live such busy lives that they desire to do everything online. An old friend of mine keeps her head buried in her PDA 7 hours out of the day and she is staring at her computer screen for another 11. The other day I told her that I need to talk to her and she said, "just send me an email". Grrrrr! So its people like her that uses Esurance.

Are they an insurer or are just a broker? Usually brokers have higher priced products for people who live in one of those "indemnitiy" areas of town.
