Call thier customer service and say you will pay half.

They refunded the whole $800 total. I also thought about calling B of A and reporting my card lost. Saying there havent been any transactions on this card, but I did lose it today at the beach, since I live 2 blocks from the beach.

But I could have a friend sign for it and give a fake name. No sig = no proof, I guess lol.

dell is very easy to get away with this kinda stuff with them, keep it and be happy or better yet sell it on ebay
