If Kansas wins out, they'll play for the championship... they have to beat two top five teams to get there though.

Its pretty much up in the air at the moment. If Kansas wins out, they go. If they lose, likely no big 12 team will go because the teams right behind them are so close that they could edge them out.

I hope we beat mizzou and OU but I dont think it will be easy.

Either way I am just stoked that, for the first time in over a century our football team is doing as well as our b-ball team.

and I dont see that happening lol. The Big 12 is having an up year, it should do some good for the conference. Especially if Nebraska ever comes back.

U of M will win the championship next year with Les Miles leading the way though ;)

Undefeated or not Kansas will not make it to the BCS championship game I dont think. I think the big 12 also has a playoff where theyd have to get past Mizzou or OU also... And that wont happen I dont think.

Ok, seeing as how the next college over is the Wildcats you will never hear me say that ever again.

Now, KU just has to make it past ISU, that is the only unranked team we have left and unranked teams seem to be #2s kryptonite.

Well our next game is at home against Iowa State. They have had a horrible season BUT they have upset a couple teams. Provided our team doesnt fuck around there is no reason they shouldnt go to 11-0. Its risky since they will be eyeing the next game against Mizzou (#6/5) in Arrowhead.

That will be a big event, two ranked big 12 teams in a sold out 79,400 seat NFL stadium. Sucks we lost our home game but both teams will get a pretty penny for doing it.
