he took the springs out of the perches and wedged a bolt behing the hub to achieve this. Its silly, and if it wasnt so unsafe i would say its sick! But anyway he got pulled over once, they told him it was unsafe and he had to park it. He went to leave the next morning, the same cop got him and the impounded the car...

thats NOT duct tape, man. its speed tape. that shit can slice a hand open if touched the wrong way. obviously used on airplanes for a temp seal, but outlasts duct tape. two completely different types of tape.

My dad used to snag that stuff all the time when he worked at the airport. They called it "Thousand mile an hour tape," think of aluminum insulating tape on steroids.
