    any coin collectors??

    hey if there are any coin collectors in the house, ive got some questions! i just inherited 2 suitcases full of moderately old coins....what is the best way of getting their value appraised? What is the price of silver right now? what are some options at this point? thanks guys!

                        I would go to 3 or 4 reputable coin dealers to get a feel for the value. Silver is about $12 to $13 an ounce so I am guessing that if you have some coins that are real silver, you might have a little bit of loot on your hands.

                        I sat in on one of those Multi-level marketing pyramid presentations a while back and their gimmick was coin dealing. Essentially they were selling gold and silver coins for invesment purposes stating that gold and silver bullion coins are always increasing in value because they remain comparable to the inflation adjustments in the economy (or something like that). It was called "real money" and they had some really interesting things to say but it was a crock of poppycock.
