I think that the red 02 could clean up nicely. You wouldn't believe what a heavy compounding will do for a faded car. Followed up with a good sealant and a waxing it should last as long as you keep waxing it every now and then. I think it would look pretty respectable with a days worth of work.

i might try it but im torn. i kind of like the beat faded look it has going too

your car was the reason i wanted to build my car and its quite similar to yours minus the 5 lug and instead of the s50 im doing an m30b35!

well if you don't like it you can always give it a couple of good dishsoap washings, that will bring the fade back in no time

thanks man. say hello to al for me. i havent done much with my e30 at all this year. i tracked it one day and beat the hell out of it on a club drive but thats it. ive been too busy doing other things. i tell you this because i dont have any new pics at all. heres a few i have on photobucket. i really need to get that car out and drive it. i forget how fun it is till i jump in it. thanks for the kind words.

I've been looking for that thread for the past couple of days and I cant find it.

I'm looking at a 2002tii roundie and I figured seeing completed pictures of Blunt's car would be just the push I need..
