OK - seriosuly - the best thing to use is 2 parts muriatic acid and 1 part denatured alcohol. Add a dab of salt. Apply it directly to your hands before putting it on the screen. But only if you can't get depleted uranium to make a cleaning solution out of.
If you can't find any of these then crack open a couple D batteries & grind the contents & cut with acetone. That should remove the fingerprints.
