So I just finally got GTR2 for my computer this weekend, but haven't had a chance to play it yet, as I'm told it's IMPOSSIBLE to play with a keyboard, and I don't want to try. I'm not going to throw down on a whole wheel/pedal setup, since this is going to be played on my laptop. What I'm looking for is a good PC gaming controller, something similar to a PS2 controller, if possible. I've looked at a few Logitech ones, but haven't looked to hard. Is it possible to maybe find some kind of USB adapter to actually use a PS2 controller? I really need something with pressure sensitive buttons for the throttle.
Good PC gaming controller?

yeh, that's the Analog mode they're talking about.
just make sure you get one that's PS2-compatible (not just PSX) and you'll get that feature; they all use the same chipset.past:

Yeah why not get an xbox one? You could buy the real pc one, or goto a pawn shop and get any wired xbox controller and wire it in.
Edit:
FWIW, I was a wally world a few days back and I noticed they had the same product you linked.Rollin' with a GeistkuchenComment

I was looking for pressure sensitivity in a PC controller, nice!
I don't know of any PC controllers that have that anyways. Just bought one now.
So who wants my Logitech one with no pressure sensitive buttons?Last edited by M42Technik; 10-23-2007, 06:57 PM.Reminiscing...Comment

I don't know too much about the game controller side of things, but I just said fuck it and spent all my money ($260) on the Logitech G25 wheel/pedal/shifter set up. Its worth it considering it feels like i'm really thrashing a car around. It's a bit pricey but I don't have to worry about breaking shit on my car;)Comment

Wheel or bust. I can use controllers no problem, but wheels are so much better. BTW, Forza 2 = drifting. TVR Sagaris, all assists off except ABS, and go balls out.Comment
