I used to have a Redline Moncog. Single speed mountain bike, pretty good ratio for just all around riding, they're a good solid bike, too.

It says in the guy's posting that they're Velocity Deep V's.

          That video was awesome.

This is pretty, I love Bianchi frames:

          This one too:

It's funny, I didn't think I would get into fixies/road bikes as much as I have, but I've been riding every day for the past week, and I love. But I also love the look and styling of fixed gears, they're infinitely customizable.

            Yeah it was.

That's exactly my thoughts as well. I love riding my Mtn Bike but it's just so much fun being able to cruise so quickly. I have also been riding everyday since I got my bike. I really need to get a computer for it. Currently I ride with a Garmin GPSIII PLus strapped to the handlebars.

              Fuckin hipster :D

I know what you mean, i have been waiting so patiently for the last month to get my fixed build done so i can go out and ride. I almost wish i would have bought a prebuilt setup but oh well. I just got my deep v's in after waiting a month and a half for them to come in on special order. I should have this bitch up and rolling within the next few days.

By celeste he is referring to the color.

I stop at busy red lights and slow down for stop signs ;)

you know what im saying though right? howd you like your mom to be crossing the street and one of these sacks of shit blasts her with a bike at 30 MPH? its no different than idiots street racing. we have packs of these spandex wearing waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffless riding in battalions around the lake taking up the road with no regard for anyone else. i laugh when i see that guy who mowed down a biker when they were doing some kind of a rolling protest to fuck up traffic. you will probably read about me in some magazine when i lose it and mow down a group of them

yes...i too stop at busy intersections and obey the traffic rules...stay on the shoulder, etc. sometimes you run a red light because there is no traffic, etc, but thats relatively minor.

i think it is something BOTH sides have to deal with: the cyclist who is unaware and oblivious, or abnoxious and imprudent AND the driver who is also unaware, and oblivious, or abnoxious and imprudent.

its a fact of living: some people ride like idiots and some people drive like idiots.

Agreed on all counts. I'll blow through intersections if there's no cars coming, but I almost always stop. When I'm riding downtown though, I do go in between cars, it's fun. But the traffic in our downtown is VERY slow, and not like big-city traffic.

Another friend that rides brakeless got hit my a car this weekend. Not because he couldnt stop in time, but because a car turned left into him because she wasnt paying attention. He was riding with traffic, obeying the laws.

Thought I'd mention that. If the trend is correct, out of my crew, I'm next to get hit.....

                              :(
