Did you just get the chain length perfect, because there is no way to adjust the chain tension with that type of frame...
The bike you quoted is a simple 52cm stripped down 1 brake singlespeed freewheel bike.
You adjust chain length like a track bike, just with a little less adjustment room and its not front to back. Its semi horizontal, like all old road bikes. Bike pictured is an 85 Trek 300 series. I bought the chain (regular 8-10 spd) KMC gold chain. Sized it appropriately by taking X amount of links off.
