You should come out to the Portland International Beer Festival and the Oregon Brewers Festival (July 18-20 and July 25-27, respectively) If you are in to good beer!

A good friend of mine and his wife used to live there - I made a few trips up to check things out, but never during one of those beer festivals. I've heard plenty about them. Definately one of those "must do" things I got on my list ;-)

As for favorite beer, I don't have one that I can single out.....so many are so good. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Redstripe, Sam Adams, Corona, Becks, Fat Tire, etc. etc. So long as they're cold (and more importantly) not a light beer!!!!

Arrogant Bastard is my least favorite beer so far, that stuff is horrible. All my friends tried it too and said the same, except the guy that cringes at the scent of anything alcohol, he didn't mind it...wtf?
