The local brew pub here (bullfrog brewing) makes a coffee and cream stout. They don't use any coffee or cream during brewing, but it leaves an aftertaste like you just took a sip of coffee. Fantastic shit.
I had a hefeweizen at the 2007 oregon brewfest that just about made me shit my pants it was so good. I can't for the life of me remember who made it. I think they were based in Bend OR, and it had cows on the label IIRC. Any guesses from the PNW guys here?The Keystone Killers
