I know it is I try to say I'm not interested but he keeps talking i say you are not listening he says you don't have to be a jerk. I'm asking for some help here please call the guy and waste his time tell him you are looking to refi your home get him going.his name is Mike and his # is 415 362 0130

My brother is in the mortgage biz with Wichovia.....he's not one to pull those kind of 'call during dinner moves', but he knows some who do. Very irritating to say the least.

When it comes to those sales calls or surveys, I just love to yank their chain a bit......and just lie through my freakin' teeth. Case in point: within the last three or four months I received a sales pitch call on my cell (not sure how he got my number since I'm on the do not call list). At any rate, this guy is trying to push dual-pane windows.....I don't even own a house, so I played along. I let him say his speech and commented on how a great deal it was. Then I said, "...unfortunately, I've already installed dual-panes.....just did it last month......18 windows in all, 4 of them large ones."

Just toyed with him a bit in thinking he just missed a great sale opportunity :p
