It's not a big deal, many Hollywood celebrities / famous people buy land down here because we are very rarely star struck and treat them like real people. It's not a huge deal to us.

My old man had lunch with Tiger Woods' caddy Steve Williams early this week and he said that when Tiger comes down here, there is no fuss over him - he went to play a local course and there were a few guys sitting in the club house, one of them commented "That guy looks a lit like Tiger Woods" so he goes off for his round, and when he gets back in, the same guys are still sitting at the clubhouse. In England, he does the same thing, and by the time he reaches the 18th green, he has a gallery of a thousand people.
