I shopped every brand used, then narrowed down to the brands that made sizes and configurations that would work. After losing out on every used one that was any good, I decided on new because I have never had a new one. SnapOn is the only dealer that services my remote location. I even called District managers of mac and matco, and couldnt get anyone to come to my workplace. oh well, their loss.

Very, very nice toolbox. I'll have to post up a few pictures.Originally posted by BillBraskyE36's are the Stephen Baldwin of the 3 series family. They barely hold everything together and they only sold a lot because of the popularity of their older sibling.

Once I got all my tools organized, and actually had ROOM for them all (going from the red one below), it made going for the right thing SO much easier. That is a very nice box.

I love my Snap-On box, but it's starting to get pretty small. I just spent some money on a nice, big BluePoint roll-cart, but it's too big for me to cart around. It would free up some space in my toolbox if I actually put any of my tools in it, but I just can't get used to it.
My next box will be similar to yours, but I think I'm going to spend the extra few hundred bucks to have it painted a nice, obnoxious shade of pink. No one will want to go near it to borrow my tools, and screw resale value. By the time I'm retired and ready to sell it, it'll be so beat up, nobody will want it anyway.sigpic

Hey guys...well this is what i am used to working out of...nothing like having a few big tool boxes just sitting there at your disposal. filled with the vast majority of snap on tools. the two smaller ones will be traded soon to our snap-on guy for a Three-bank top and bottom that he has on his truck.
enjoy
btw sorry for the crappy cell phone pic...sigpic
