I shopped every brand used, then narrowed down to the brands that made sizes and configurations that would work. After losing out on every used one that was any good, I decided on new because I have never had a new one. SnapOn is the only dealer that services my remote location. I even called District managers of mac and matco, and couldnt get anyone to come to my workplace. oh well, their loss.

Very, very nice toolbox. I'll have to post up a few pictures.

Here's my MAC Gatornationals box. 6' tall and wide with a nice tall top drawer so my big sockets can stand up. I had 6K just in the box 5 years ago.

Same here, I just got a new Craftsman box actually, for my birthday, the blue one:

Once I got all my tools organized, and actually had ROOM for them all (going from the red one below), it made going for the right thing SO much easier. That is a very nice box.

Nice fucking box, man. Nothing says "professional" like a good tool box.

I have Matco from 1990. 17 years later is is still doing fine. Quality shows!

I have an ancient Snap-On and a Harbor Freight box. It's not bad for the price I paid for it, better than most Craftsman and Home Depot/Lowes boxes.

My cousin has the same box but with a stainless top and another side cabinet. Its huge. The drawers and locks are so nice on the Snap-On boxes.

Ive got a plain jane Crafstman box. The Ball bearing drawers are a must.
Ill hopefully get a middle box and MORE TOOLS for Christmas.

I love my Snap-On box, but it's starting to get pretty small. I just spent some money on a nice, big BluePoint roll-cart, but it's too big for me to cart around. It would free up some space in my toolbox if I actually put any of my tools in it, but I just can't get used to it.

My next box will be similar to yours, but I think I'm going to spend the extra few hundred bucks to have it painted a nice, obnoxious shade of pink. No one will want to go near it to borrow my tools, and screw resale value. By the time I'm retired and ready to sell it, it'll be so beat up, nobody will want it anyway.

My Snap-On roll cart, and Mac Tools Chip Foose Set. There is nothing like a clean, well sorted toolbox, I got the Mac set because of the foam cut tool storage, I hate stuff rolling away, and when it has a home, it makes finding out whats lost 10x easier.

You mean it has foam cut outs in the shape of each tool? That's awesome!

My Gray Tools box pales in comparison to that. I'll have to buy a nice box eventually, that I can put all my metrics in.

Hey guys...well this is what i am used to working out of...nothing like having a few big tool boxes just sitting there at your disposal. filled with the vast majority of snap on tools. the two smaller ones will be traded soon to our snap-on guy for a Three-bank top and bottom that he has on his truck.

                              enjoy

btw sorry for the crappy cell phone pic...

Just curious, how can tool boxes be so expensive? I'm pretty ignorant on the subject, but they don't seem all that complex to me.
