Anyone here collect coins?  Specifically the state quarters and us mint type stuff?  I have TONS of this stuff stored, much of it still in UNOPENED mailers direct from the mint.

 I do the cheap state quarter book with my nephew & niece. We each have a book - mine & the neph's have a spot for each possible quarter (& some extras - like bi-centenials, etc.) & the niece's is a US map that 1 state quarter goes in each state - she's 5, so she gets basic geography lessons that way without getting too technical for her - she just wants to do the basics.
 
 I just get 3 uncirculated ones from the local coin shop & spend time with the kids.
 
 I do silver rounds myself, just for simplicity.

 aren't a couple of the state quarters worth some money? Wisconsin IIRC was one of them, worth around $400 because of a mistake on the corn husk(had an extra leaf)Comment

 I got some coins.
 silver dollars dated from 1889-1972
 half dollars dated from 1942-1971
 versus foreign coins dated from the 20's-70's
 older US coins too from the teens-70's
 only got one piece of paper currency/Military Currency 50 SEN
