    pic of my car used in ad on ebay..should i be mad?

    i know im not supposed to post ebay links but this time its required.

                          Ask Jordan how he handles it......his old car has to be one of the more plagerized E30's aside from Markus & Cramers' M3s.

                          I think I'd contact ebay & aske them to pull your personal property content of the listing....if any little R3V'er bitches, give 'em both barrels for not asking permission.

                          I think Magnus has a policy he follows over on S14 - you might contact him for some ideas.

                                      I would ask the seller to pull those photos until he asked permission from you, or at least gave you a heads-up. I would have no problem with someone using a picture of my car so long as they had enough respect to ask me, or at least demonstrate that the car they used was not theirs. my $0.02
