Ask Jordan how he handles it......his old car has to be one of the more plagerized E30's aside from Markus & Cramers' M3s.
I think I'd contact ebay & aske them to pull your personal property content of the listing....if any little R3V'er bitches, give 'em both barrels for not asking permission.
I think Magnus has a policy he follows over on S14 - you might contact him for some ideas.

I would ask the seller to pull those photos until he asked permission from you, or at least gave you a heads-up. I would have no problem with someone using a picture of my car so long as they had enough respect to ask me, or at least demonstrate that the car they used was not theirs. my $0.02sigpic89 M3Comment
