Then why are you telling me to take new pictures when I said that I was planning on it twice already in the thread?

being honest, my E36 is more comfortable, more user friendly, more fun to drive, and better looking. The C43 is a cool, unique, and very fast car but it's not for me, doesn't matter if it needs work or not. My initial plan was to throw enough loot at the C43 to get it where it should be and then some. But when I picture the end result of a C43 (in my limited experience) and the end result of my E36, I would rather keep the E36. So now I have 2 cars I'm paying on. The situation isn't life or death, but I would like to have this car sold by March. If I'm forced to fix items on it to gain interest so be it. :D

Yes, I know its winter in MN. :)
Everyone whines "pics or ban" when you post a thread without them, so I snapped some quick ones to appease interested posters. I will be posting cleaned up pictures in a little bit to relieve anyones doubts on the car not being pretty.

All you ever said to me was that you didn't buy one because you were scared of the transmission problems you had heard about. This one does not have any transmission problems.. So what exactly did you tell me? You asked if the bolsters worked? They do, but they are spotty and I have noticed them not working from time to time. I'm just trying to be honest.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, you're my friend and I would do just about anything for you if you asked, but we need to meet up and have a beer and some hot wings before I e-kill you.

        ***********PICS FROM TODAY************

Here's inside the car wash before I sprayed a drop of water on it

Here's outside the car wash. I wanted to take as many pics as I could while I was here before I drove back to do the inside and got the car all full of road crud.

        Dents in the front fender.

It's kinda hard to see, but there is a scratch to the left of the AMG badge, it was cleaned up with touch up paint.

Here is the rust I found in the trunk. I took the battery out when I first discovered it, and the rest of the tray is still solid metal. this spot is going to need attention sooner or later though.

Interior shots. My favorite part of the car.

Wood trim on pass side is cracked. I didn't notice til I got home with the car. Little bit of a bummer but not super noticable.

        Engine pics.

Made it home, covered her up. Hopefully she'll stay clean for a little while.

If anyone wants any more pictures let me know. During the week is kinda hard because When I leave for work it's dark, and when I get home it's pretty much dark but I will be around tomorrow also. Thanks for looking.
