I've always known I wanted an 80's 3-Series but didn't even know it was an e30 until two years ago. Will drive one for the rest of my life.

Looking to get a GTI, starting to play out in a band and need space....or just take the passenger seat out of the 325es. Would like a touring e30 but that's probably not in reach for me.

i'm 20

first car - 1977 merc-benz 240d - parents bought as surprise for 2800 - ran on veggie oil, slow and heavy and auto but man it was a cruiser would own again in a heart beat. got hit, then the compression in my cylinders went out. collected insurance and sold car for 400 bucks :(


second car - 1986 BMW 325e - bought myself for 1k - snapped a head stud a month or two after i bought it. been rebuilding it ever since and im nearly done a year + later.

third car - 1983 BMW 320i - bought from local shop for 500 bucks - drove it for the past 6 months, replaced cooling components, replace driveline components, personalized interior, new tires. last month drive shaft went out of wack, needs to be balance and needs new u-joints. still have it, planning on making it into a drift/track toy. hopefully with 8 cylinders.
