Redoing a lunch restaurant menu, need some good sandwich/wrap/salad ideas

Roast beef on Black bread, with cream cheese, sprouts, tomatoes and white onions.

I used to make the sanwiches and anti-pasto salads at this one deli, and my favorite was:

Focaccia bread(toasted)
w/
Boars Head TUrkey
Genoa Salami
Pesto Sauce
Cherry Tomato's sliced and tossed in an italian vinagrette
mozerrella diced

Then put the whole sandwich in a big press and toast the entire thing a bit, SOOOO GOOOD.

these all sound good, dont forget to keep good staples too, though. Too many places around here have cool sandwiches, but they forget about the classics, or just don't do them well. Gotta have a bad ass BLT of sorts, etc.

Yeah right now I have a few classic sandwiches, and a bunch of custom creations. Don't worry, I have a BLT that uses like 16 strips of bacon. :)

my buddy on atrt has a crepe shop in jersey. he has a website where he hosts pics of all the items on the menu. some tool who owns another restaurant on the west coast was hotlinking my buddies photos to his own website and using them as his own. so atrt dude changes the pics to white bitches taking huge black cock in the ass. so for almost a week this dudes website featured hardcore porn on the menu online. i seriously pissed myself. i linked everyone i know to that site until the owner finally caught on. thats classic comedy folks

Kind of, acutally my mom technically owns it. She bought it 2.5 years ago, then decided she wanted to live in Arizona and open a bed and breakfast. So right now me and my sister run this place. Its a coffee shop but we do full breakfast and lunch menus. No website right now, just haven't had the time. I'll post up a menu a little later though so you can check it out.
