          what a great opportunity for you and your sister. my son wants to do a restaurant at some point. hes in culinary school now. lots of long hard hours but i think it would be a rewarding career. but then again i love to cook anyway.

                Yeah, it is a great oppurtunity for sure...and that is how I look at it. Many many 12-14 hour days though :o

                  I wanted to start making donuts anyway to get some use out of my massive fryer that just collects dust, but the beignet would be a good alternative especially since I am on the Main Line. I'll look into it...

                              hot pretzel roll, with smoked turkey, green lettuce, tomatoes, swiss cheese, and honey mustard sauce. Meat, cheese, bread must be warm though.

                              Or- roasted roast beef and melted jack cheese melted on rye with horseradish sauce, lettuce, tomato. Those are the two favorite deli sandwiches they serve at my school's on-campus deli that everyone likes.

                                Turkey
                                Bacon
                                Carmalized Red onion
                                Apple slices
                                Melted cheddar
                                and sun dried tomato mayo
                                On toasted whole wheat bread :)
