          Something with lots of meet/cheese.

Also - some sort of a whole-wheat wrap that has turkey/light ingredients/etc. for health conscious people who don't want an "Italian" type sub everyday.

That sounds awesome, I have something kind of similar in a wrap right now. It is

                      Turkey
                      Cranberry sauce
                      Rosemary mayo

                      Melted swiss
                      Walnuts

This one is my current favorite.

                            Roast Beef
                            Provolone
                            Fresh Roasted Red Peppers
                            Onions (preferably vidalia)
                            Horseradish mayo
Served on a good floury Portuguese roll

I've got an Arthur Ave NY style Deli that makes amazing sandwiches. Here's one that they make:

                            Chicken Cutlet
                            A few leafs of lettuce
                            Fresh Roasted Red Peppers
                            Fresh Mozzarella
                            Roasted Portabella Mushrooms
                            Balsamic Vinegar
                            Severed on a Sesame Grinder.

                            Hmmm.... Tasty.
