^ lol, yeah, my mom is mamae, father is pai, the girl is baba and I can't remember the last time I had a house number programmed into my phone. It would be a great program as long as it was streamlined. God forbid anything was to ever happen, but it would be great to have those you most care about near you as quickly as possibly in case of an emergency.

Everybody on my phonebook is listed
      Last Name, First Name
      like Pham, Jonathan
      including any family

If I don't know the last name, then it is First Name (Car)
Like Louie S14 or Neil E30.

If there are replicas then I put their general area like:
      Neil E30
      Neil E30 SD
      Neil E30 N. LA
      R.I.P 07/01/09 - 04/23/10 :(

The whole ICE thing is relatively new. At my department (fire/ems) we are beginning a campaign to inform people about ICE. I hope/think it will catch on eventually and will be more accepted on a wider scale. Gotta start somewhere though. I'm also not so crazy about your ideas that firefighter/paramedics are thickheaded. You might want to do a little research about the education and training we go through before you start judging people and their professions. Sorry for the rant.
