          That must be the star down on the lower left corner of your shot. How did the other not appear in the upper left section...? Thanks btw....

          I saw both earlier tonight. I assumed it was the star just to the south/slight east, as stars, of course, are brighter... but "are only 3 degrees east and west, respectively" makes me realize that I don't know how to interpret direction when looking into the skies....

            We got lucky last night here in MD. JUST before it started the clouds just disappeared and we had a perfect starry night, it was definitely fun to watch.

                We had one down here a while ago.

                Funny story, a friend of mine got laid while the moon was red, and it was his only action in close to 2 years, so we tell everyone he gets laid once in a red moon now. Too funny.
