Thiago Silva gets bumped out of his fight against Forrest at UFC 101 and will not face Jardine at 102. Anderson Silva will go up in weight again and fight Forrest at 101.

have any of you kids actually seen the old school UFC when there was literally no rule and no gloves. And people come in Gi's and different style outfits? That was the real MMA. Hardcore, bloody, and people die.

This crap on HBO is like the gracie family special. Glorify BJJ and Vale tudo. dont get me wrong victor belfort is awesome and I like his style.

But the problem is that all the rules are taylored to ground fighting. Its like, if you take a ground fighter and make him fight Thaiboxing rules, hes goign to get creamed...

thats my two cents. I've being doing this martial arts stuff before MMA even got the name MMA. so much bs...

4oz gloves protect injuries to the hand and ensure fighters can continue fighting. The rules keep people from suffering life altering injuries or dying, but it seems you protest to this? "Real MMA"? So the fighters of today who have proven themselves in standup, as well via submission wins are not real MMA fighters?

HBO? Do you mean Showtime? And by talking shit about Strikeforce, are you saying Renato Sobral, Frank Shamrock, Alistair Overeem, Robbie Lawler, Nick Diaz, Paul Buentello etc are like a Gracie Family special?

You can't make a fighter fight any sort of way. Did Thales get "made to fight Muay Thai against Anderson?

For someone who claims to have been doing it for so long, your disrespect towards the sport and its fighters is absurd.

I don't know what old school UFC you are talking about, the Gracie's style dominated the UFC since day 1. If you are such a mixed martial artist why don't you have respect for the ground desciplines? You would be destroyed by someone like Demian Maia in the first minute.

speaking of Maia, he'll be facing Marquardt next for the title shot against Anderson...

I don't think anyone really has a chance against him on the ground, but that goes without saying. Marquardt will do his best to keep it on the feet I am sure.

Check out the last couple questions to Fedor. Match verse Anderson Silva??? Fedor will rip Silva apart limb by limb!!! Personally, I think it was a dumb question to ask since they are 2 weight classes apart.

Old news... Silva walks around at 215, Fedor is at 230. They could meet in between. The fight could and should happen and you are mistaken thinking Fedor is simply going to rip him apart.

C'mon bro. You're just saying that because Silva is Brazilian, and that's cool but he's not going to win verse Fedor. I'm confident enough in Fedor to bet mucho dinero.

Brasilian or not, Fedor wouldn't just rip him apart. Silva's much more tactical then Fedor. It would be an interesting fight. I do believe Fedor would end up taking it though.
