Yeah, if you eat red meat twice a day, 5 times a week, and there are people that do. They're the ones getting heart disease. Most of what I eat when it comes to red meat is lean hamburger, or roast beef on sandwiches at Subway. I eat a lot of chicken, and a lot of fish. I rarely have steaks, but I do enjoy them from time to time.Comment

lol, there is a lot of sig-worthy material from blunt early in this thread. My luch consisted of water, a piece of pizza, a cinnamon bagel, and a cookie. That's school lunch, and it sucks. Havn't figured out what to do for dinner, though. If I could, I'd eat at subway all the time; there really isn't much of a health benefit for me, though, because I eat footlongs.Comment

OK BITCHES, i actually made this for dinner last night but i had leftovers for lunch cause i made a lot. my barnhole is on fire too as ive been eating spicy hardcore shit for 4 days now
take a bunch of red peppers, green peppers, onion and garlic and saute
i threw in a bunch of cayenne cause im out of the real peppers
in the mean time get your shit for guacamole and whip that up. ( i didnt photo each step cause well you just throw this shit together)
then make your carne asada. i just take sirloin strip and beat it down like i would delatlanta if i caught him skating on my rails...i cheesed out and used a trader joes seasoning but sometimes i go all out and make my own
you can stir fry this also but i like the charred taste
when its done slice that shit up into thin strips
then get yourself some sour cream, and salsa and build it. if you really want to fuck yourself up fry the tortillas in oil till crispy.
