Potato Bread
Boar's Head Pastrami
Swiss cheese
Mayo
Spicy Mustard
A whole lot of butter went into making this thing. Nothing beats having my pastrami fried up on the skillet.

Boar's Head deli meats are so much better than any other brand I've had. Very nice.

Today I had a Sahlen's foot long hotdog and hand-battered onion rings from Ted's in Buffalo, with Loganberry to drink.

I have been enjoying sliced cucumber on my sandwiches of late. Oh, I should have taken a picture, but I had family out so I made some French bread loaf sandwich loving.

Take a whole loaf, use a bread knife and split it.
Mayo, deli mustard (been loving the Sierra Nevada Brewery stuff)
then stack on about 1 1/2lb of roast beef, and roasted turkey...
read leaf lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and thin peperjack.

Then put it all together, wrap it in plastic wrap, and stuff it in the fridge for a few hours, then, pull out, unwrap and slice with a bread knife.

great group picnic style sandwich, all you need is a bag of chips and some drinks to feed 4-8 people.

USDA Choice Filet Mignon coated in grapeseed oil, sea salt, and ground pepper
Seared 30 secs/side on hot cast iron skillet, thrown in 500F oven 2 min/side
Wrapped in foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
Total cost about $5, the results:
