I think he should go to prison, People in prison don't like child molesters. Killing him would be the easy way out, let other inmates do to him what he did to her.

Inmate on inmate violence is a lot less than most are lead to believe. I believe the statistic was 1 death for every 22,000 inmates annually at standard long-term public prisons. However, the rate of death at some illegal alien detention facilities (privatized prisons) can be as high as 1 for every 400 inmates annually, if you include guard-on-inmate stats.

I was researching what effect privatiziation of prisons was having, as well as the conditions for both inmates & guards in an emerging private industry. GEO industries aka Wackenhut (FL) was the facility in the stats I was reading.


I'll throw this out & see what you think - what do you think of families having the option to be the one who kills the convict? Let them choose the method of death too - even if it meant a few hours of slow torture before a final deathblow - I doubt they are so considerate as to grant a quick, clean death to their victims, so let's give 'em real payback. "Eye for an eye" type justice.

I can attest to the fact that its hard work staying alive when you have such a charge while in jail/prison. At least in Cali. One is required by inmate law to carry ones papers with them. The prison or guards dont require this, it is simply for the purposes of credibility and/or bullshit prevention with other inmates among inmates. Like you cant lie about being locked up for murder if your court papers say "Spitting on the sidewalk too many times". These are the only people that have a blanket green light on them. Child molesters and rapists. No justification needed, they get got.
