Two sets of diving boards, and one set of 13" VW Rabbit aluminum wheels. Recycling is fun.

    That is all.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
    Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

We went at work today, took a trailer full of junk aluminum. Mostly rads/condensers a bunch of hoods and fenders, maybe 10 wheels.
            $831
Most of it was concidered "dirty" so it isnt worth as much.
Not bad on your lunck break.

You know, where I live the cost of super unleaded is priced to where filling up an empty E30 will set you back very close to that amount :-(

As for recyling, I took a bent bottlecap wheel to a recyler a while back and got $20 for it. Not bad.

What's the cost / weight on aluminum down there? I have 4 heavy truck aluminum wheels with bends and/or cracks in them that I want to turn into cash.

                    Keep it slideways!!

My friend just hit a large pot hole in his ix and bent two authentic 16" ACS wheels he bought from AC Nico. I jokingly told him to just cut his losses and scrap them.

Yea, it costs me about $65-$70 to fill up the 1990 535i I've been driving recently. The 15mpg in town is just killing me. :?

Ahhhh, motorcycle FTW. $15 a fillup and I might have to do it once a week if I ride like a hooligan.
