First of all if that 'design by' shit is getting thrown in there by someone else. Take it out. Your website is not some joe blow's business card. Its an advertisement for your service and yours alone.

3, for the simple reason that it's the only one that doesn't look like a cheesy bar created in CGI. The other ones make me think that there should be some animated characters sitting around drinking in them. If I'm going to pay you my hard earned cash to learn how to bartend I'm not going to be turned on by any fancy rendering.
Either get a nondescript shot of an actual bar, or don't show one at all IMO.
