I am out of mine. It started at about the 1/2 way point of a 2k mile road trip. In the middle of fucking no where SD Just west of Kadoka to be precise my e30 tossed a fan/alt belt shreds it and wipes out the PS belt as well. No spare belt with, so I had to find a parts store that had one @ 5pm on a tues evening. I got one an some coolant and changed on the side of the road and was rolling again in a couple of hours. But now I have a slight coolant leak I need to track down, I think its a water pump gasket or a bolt thats backed off just a bit. Mine just ended on Friday when I finally took my car to the shop to get fixed, since I haven't had the time for the last month and its been sitting in the garage collecting dust.
Then I took it out all day yesterday, only to decide that I need to buck up for stiffer springs for my coilovers, finish the rest of the suspension overhaul, add 24v/turbo to the car, do this do that................
But I love the shit out of the car so I'm OK knowing that it will take a few years to get it exactly how I want it.
Oh and I'm pissed that I can't lower the car much more on the coilovers right now, because I wouldn't be able to get it in the driveway and into the garage.Need parts now? Need them cheap? steve@blunttech.com
