I have no hard evidence to support this, only how everything strings together and points to them ...

My mom has been having parking wars with our next door neighbors, as the sidewalk runs right in front of our yard and they are always parking in plain sight of our front window. My mom hates it and has been taking up the parking with her dumb Kia. Her taillight has been broken and her car has been keyed. Aside from that, the neighbors hang out on their front porch and have been throwing cigarette butts into our backyard. It is not my mom or myself, as I only smoke in the garage and she only smokes in the living room. Our house has also been egged, with the egg splatter clearly indicating the direction of flight came from the neighbors front porch. Finally, one night I forgot to lock my car and my CDs and a custom VW Corrado hoodie were stolen. A friend of the neighbors who is at their house often drives a Corrado and he always shoots me dirty looks, even when I still had a Corrado and we'd see eachother and I'd "throw the V".

I'm pretty positive all these incidents are from the neighbors, but, without the hard evidence ... I am wondering what you kids might do in this situation ??

lol, I would never start shit over parking, unless it was assigned spots like they have at apartments. My mom chose to live in a tiny, no privacy housing development and then she gets fussy about parking ... most likely causing all this BS.

edit 2 - forgot to mention that I just saw the neighbors shooting BBGuns in their backyard about half an hour ago ... which concerns me because I have seen my cat come home by jumping the fence that seperates our yards and a few of the times the cat has been coming home she has been in full sprint or with her fur standing straight up ...

you should just save up alot of shit in a bucket and just throw it all over their cars

put vaseline under the door handles of their cars.

I'd say to tell your mom to stop making a problem out of nothing. What does it matter if she sees her own car vs the neighbors car?
She should really do the right thing and go over there with a bunch of cookies and apologize (cookies not poisoned of course).
