    May I see your resume?

I am in the process of getting a solid resume on paper. Would anyone mind posting theirs?

I have my military one... somewhere...

Which would really not help you... now that I think of it.

I have one, but it's mostly focused towards computer science and technical positions. Is that what you're going for?

I think he's going to write his own so he just needs the format and stuff.

Google for people that are in the same field as you - you'll learn a lot!

I really do not a have a field yet. I am a full time student... I am trying to find a job that will give me some money and something functional for the future.

There is an IT job available with Whole Foods that I need a resume for.

That or some sort of Admin assistant.

Just looking for the best bang for my time, besides another server job.

I work at Costco, starting pay is $11, but they keep us pretty busy. Try applying if there's one near you. They take pretty good care of us and after 90 days you get paid holidays. Management is also pretty flexible with school schedules too, so that will help when school starts again.

They say to make a bare bones resume and tailor it to every job you apply for. I am doing exactly what you are doing right now and have had my resume for like 4 years, but have updated it and rewritten it for every job. Make sure you review your info before going to an interview.

The job market sucks right now. Apply for everything and anything you can. Sucks...I know.

+10, best thing you can do.

A tip: Make your name bold and stand out so it can be obviously seen when flipping through a stack.
Another Tip: Print on card stock, agian so it can be obviously felt when flipping through a stack.

Bingo - especially the 1 page limit. Anything more, especially for a recent college grad, just winds up in the round file.

I would disagree with the one page limit. My last two jobs both hired me and I turned in a two page resume.

But then again I had enough relevant experience to fill two pages.

Also, put something on there not work related, like your interests or hobbies. It adds a personal element gives them something to identify you with.
