          that looks like CF "look" overlay. i have about 2 yards of that stuff from when i was a ricer teenager. with alotta patience, you can make anything look as shitty as that.

                I would be willing to bet those are done in a carbon fiber hydroclad process. Same method used my gun companies to do the same look or even camouflage on certain model guns.

                              If CF wheels were as good as people might think they might be, we'd be seeing them on F1 cars. As far as I know, they're still using a mag wheel.

                              I bet that wheel has a coating of CF.
