I actually ran on 2 different dynos today. I have a C38 Stage I on my car. I am going to Stage 2 in a few days and wanted a baseline. I tried to make this as scientific as possible.
Earlier in the day I ran on a Dyno Dynamics (aka Heartbreaker dyno). It usually pulls the lowest numbers of any dyno. Pulled 300 RWHP SAE corrected. It was about 90 degrees. 3rd gear pull to 6900 RPM.
About 30 minutes later I went down the street and ran on a DynoJet 248. I pulled a high of 320 RWHP SAE corrected. It was about 90 degrees still. 3rd gear pull to 6900 RPM.
There is a 20 RWHP difference between the two. I'm kinda tired now and don't have much else to say. AFR is pretty lean until 4500, then goes slightly too rich for safety I guess, I think the numbers are pretty healthy for a Stage I like mine.
I have the dyno sheet from the DynoJet if anyone wants to host it for me. I will put it up. I will get the Dyno Dynamics sheet on Monday via email. I will put that up also if anyone wants me too.
I am going to re-dyno the car in about 2 weeks after I get the Stage 2 installed.
If anyone has any specific questions, ask away.
